for example: Application fee - PhP - 167.63 cashier at LTO rounds up the charge to 168 ; Tapos, may license fee - PhP417.63 round up uli to 418... may difference na tig PhP0.37 per transaction total na ng more or less PhP0.74 bawat tao - multiply this with around 300 people in a day x 5 days x 4 weeks x 12 months -- PhP53,280 na ang collection nila without receipt.. pano pa yung benta nila na exam na me sagot na?

Or, exercise your right to claim your change exactly.
