ang comment ko lng nag renew ako ng driver license ko.napaso sya ng almost 3 yrs dahil po isa akong ofw kaya dko po na renew ng tama sa oras.ang tanong ko lng po bakit pag renew ko balik sa zero ang license ko dating RC123,dba dapat ganon din ang RC.at isa pa driving test bakit ngayun ay may bayad na o rent ka ng sasakyan don sa loob ng LTO dba dapat sagot na ng LTO ang ganong bagay.sa laki ng babayaran ko para lng ibalik ang Dati kung RC123 ay mag babayad ako ng 3 rent ng sasakyan sa kanila para sa bawat RC ko na dati ko ng binayaran pa mula pa ng taong 1992.dpo ba dabat bigyan ng bigyan ng exemption na matagal ang expirition date ng renwal para d na mawalaat mag bago ng recrd o bumalik sa simula.sa katunayan nagagamit ko lng license ko tuwing vacation lng at 45 dys lng po.salamat po

Good Day Sir I would Like to share the problem occuring here at the LTO office at San Matias Guagua Pampanga.. The ID laminator here in their office still not working for about 2 two months now.. There are lot of people that are affected by this.. Instead of going here they are going to other lto Offices which are so far and having a hard time renewing their license to those other offices because there are many people going there instead of going to SAn Matias Guagua Office...
