Land Transportation Office (LTO) reminders had it posed that this August 2009, the registration of vehicles with plate numbers ending in "8" must register their motor vehicle this August 2009.

Kapansin pansin po ang pagdami ng mga sasakyan mula sa motorsiklo, tricyle at iba pang pribadong sasakyan sa bayan namin (Mauban,Quezon). Nais po lamang naming iparating ang hirap na dinaranas namin dahil sa sobrang ingay na dala nito lalong lalo na kung maghahating gabi. Dahil dito ay maaari po ba naming alamin kung may batas patungkol dito, sino ang dapat magpatupad nito at kung papaano ito maipapatupad. Kanina lang po ay bumisita ang mga taga LTO at nanghuli ng mga luma ang plaka. Mabuti po ito subalit maaari kayang pati ang problema ng ingay ay malunasan ng LTO? Maraming Salamat po.
I just chanced this Toyota VIOS with foreign plate number 3608 while im travelling along Villamor Air Base underneath the newly built flyover going to Terminal 3 airport. This rude driver suddenly cut my path and saw that he is even driving an un-registered plate where the last registration is since 2009. I dont know if this rude guy is the owner and seems that the owner does not follow our vehicle rules here in our country. May i request the LTO to immediately investigate this situation here where a foreign plate number could easily evade the annual vehicle registration.
