The national road in Region 8 especially in Palo and Tacloban City in Leyte province are in total chaos due to traffic obstruction and hazards like pedicads, tricycles and colorum vehicles at airports and all places. No LTO enforcers can be seen anywhere, they were gone and are always inside their air con offices.
Mga taga LTO sa Tacloban City inutile. D nanghuhuli ng colorum at out of line lalo tricycle at pedicab nasa mga highway na. Ayaw na rin nila ma deputize ng pulis kc mawawalan sila ng kita sa collection nila

i would like to complain ur LTO Tayuman.... why? my husband renewed his non-pro license yesterday at SM Hypermart, Pasig City... He completed all the necessary requirements and test. Were just waiting for the release when one of the personnel their who assisted him said that SOMEONE ALREADY RENEWED LAST MARCH so he cannot process the renewal and he must go to Tayuman!!!! I dont think its a mistake because THEY CHANGE THE ADDRESS!!!! and as of now, my husband is still waiting at TAYUMAN and the person who received his papers wont comeback........... THEY USE MY HUSBAND'S IDENTIFICATION@!!!!!

Alam nyo ba ang ginagawa ni enforcer Mareba, matapos pakitaan ng papers na on process n ang registration ng kawawang driver, hinuli nya ito. kaya ang driver n tanga, nagbayad ng renewal, at isang libo para sa alegro kay enforcer Mareba ng General Santos City! Ganyan din si Ogie Pogie Buwaya!!! Ang galing manghuli para may kita, matapos n mangilkil sa mga kawawang driver!!
yung friend ko nasagasaan ng Honda CRV silver plate number WAY963 hit and run. Nung nag verify kami sa Lto sabi 2010 pa last naka register dahil sa reklamo namin sabi nila papa alarma daw nila. Ito ay ginawa namin nung linggo April 7, 2013. Pero kanina nag check ako sa 2600 via sms last registration was last march 8, 2013 and walang alarm issued to the said vehicle. bakit ganon namatay yung nasagasaan pero iba ibang impormasyon ang sinasabi sa kaanak ng biktima. Maawa nman kayo sa biktima ayusin nyo naman. Or dapat ba sa media nalang dumiretso?
